Terms and Conditions
MolinShop in accordance with the European Union law, distributes: flavours, bases, e-liquids, glycol, bottles and pipettes (DIY accessories). Orders are accepted 24 hours/365 days a year. MolinShop is entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

Age of Consent
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, the Buyer will be asked when entering website to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods. If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately without notice; however a confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer to notify of the change.

Orders and Delivery
All orders are placed by correctly completed form and usage of button "Submit order with obligation to pay". The buyer has to be over 18 years old (please refer to Age of Consent). Order completion form results in acceptance of distance selling agreement (according to regulations on Law protection of consumer rights).
(Dz.U. z 2014r. poz. 827 z dn. 30th May 2014). Orders placed at weekdays are processed within the daily updated time given on the main website. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following working day. All approved orders are confirmed by email to the Buyer and containing the details of the order. Products offered on MolinShop are subject to availability. If the product is unavailable, the appropriate notice will be visible on the website. MolinShop reserves the right to withdraw or replace any goods from the website at any time, as well as periodically update and amend prices without notice. MolinShop reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the delivery address or email is incorrect, as this result in lack of contact with the Buyer. All goods are send from MolinShop warehouse based in Poland and are delivered by DHL or by International Mail. MolinShop does not hold responsibility for any delays in delivery and will notify the customer immediately of such situation. The Buyer has the right to change and amend the order. The Buyer is required to notify the Seller of the change via email office@molinshop.com (we do replay within 24 hours). If the Buyer requires delivery to a different address than given to the Seller, correct details needs to be entered in the “Additional Information” box and forwarding email to Seller on office@molinshop.com to confirm the changes.

Price and Payment
All prices on MolinShop are in pound sterling (£),euro and include VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order. All payments at are placed through PayPal secure system, First Data card system or by bank transfer. MolinShop provide SSL security, which enable all payments be secure. First Data put all payments in accordance to PCI DSS international security system which was fully approved by VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express i JCB. The system provides the maximum of personal data security. We reserve the right to confirm customer indentity during the card payment process.

Returns and Complaints
In accordance with art. 27 and act from 30th May 2014 regard Law on protection of consumer rights (based on (Dz.U. z 2014r. poz. 827) the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance agreement and refund of full delivery cost, except of costs regulated in art. 33 & art. 34 in Consumer Law. The consumer is required to submit an appropriate return declaration form in writing or by email within 14 days (fourteen) from the delivery date, and to maintain the deadline the consumer is obligated to send the form before the given expiry date.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept "Try and Return" items. Please note, the Buyer is responsible for the return costs and has a Duty of Care to ensure the items are returned in good condition.
Full refund including the delivery cost (except of additional costs resulted in choice the type of delivery and different from the cheapeast costs offered by www.molinshop.com) will be processed within 14 days from the date when MolinShop was fully advised of decision to withdraw from the distance selling agreement. The full refund will be processed by the same payment method which originally was used by the customer, unless consumer agrees for a different type of method. The Buyer is responsible for the return costs.
All complaints in relation to purchase, order or Terms and Conditions should be addressed to MolinShop via email on office@molinshop.com or in writing on ul. Grabskiego 25J/1 20-330 Lublin, Poland. The Seller will issue the final response to the customer within 14 working days from the date of receiving the order. Refunds for successful complaints including cheapast shipping cost will be processed within 14 days from the date of issue the final response into the bank account or PayPal appointed by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Limitation of liability
Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller’s agents or employees.

Privacy policy
All personal information obtained during the registration is confidential and won’t be disclosed to other persons or to third party companies as regulated by Consumer personal information law from 29.08.1997 (Dz.U. no 101, 202, poz. 926 with further change). Customers have the right to inspect and correct their data as well as to remove their details from the database.MolinShop does not store any customer financial information (such as card number, debit / credit card expiry date, CVV2 code). In relation to matters not covered by these Regulations, the consumer will be covered by Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) in 2000, the Consumer Protection Distance Selling) Directive 97/7/EC, the Electronic Commerce Directive 2000.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the United Kingdom law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
